Custom 404 page
A custom 404 error page styled to match the website.
Launch
The website is launched once the project is approved and all required hosting access details are available.
Design and revisions
Built around one agreed website direction.
Each project is built around one agreed website direction based on the design brief, supplied content and project goals.
The project includes an initial homepage design stage followed by one revision stage before the full website build begins.
Approval of the homepage design confirms the overall design direction, layout style, imagery style and visual approach for the full website.
Once approved, the remaining website pages are built using that agreed design direction.
A final pre-launch review is included for text corrections only.
Requests for additional redesigns, alternative design concepts, layout changes or changes to the approved imagery direction are treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Not every service related to a website is included within a standard brochure website project. The scope is kept clear from the outset so there are no surprises around what is and is not included within the work.
Stock imagery licensing
Any third-party stock image licensing costs are not included within the standard project cost.
E-commerce
E-commerce or online shop functionality is not included.
Editable backend
Content management systems or editable backends are not included as standard.
Content writing
Content writing is not included, although light edits for clarity and readability are included where needed.
Hosting and email
Domain registration, hosting and email setup are not included within the standard project cost.
Ongoing SEO
Ongoing marketing or SEO services are not included.
Logo design
Logo design or wider branding work is not included.
Legal wording
Legal wording such as Privacy Policy, Terms wording and cookie information must be provided by the client.
Third-party integrations
Third-party plugins and integrations such as booking systems, review platforms, YouTube embeds, external calendars or live chat tools are not included.
Imagery
Images are chosen to support the design.
Images are chosen to suit the layout, tone and overall direction of the website. Where suitable client images are available, these can be used within the build.
Image selection is handled as part of the overall project and is not offered as an open-ended review process.
Repeated requests to review, replace or recreate the approved imagery direction after the homepage design has been approved are treated as additional work and quoted separately.
